3.1 Browsing Data
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate the website acquire, during their normal functioning, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

2. Subject of Processing
The Data Controller processes personal and identification data provided by you (such as company name, address, telephone number, email, banking and payment details, names of legal representatives or proxies, as well as your employees for administrative purposes) – hereinafter referred to as “personal data” or simply “data”.
3. Purpose of Processing
All personal data are collected and processed for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations related to the Data Controller’s business activities, the legal nature of the relationship, and contractual or pre-contractual obligations, as well as to respond to data subjects’ requests. The provision of data is generally optional; however, it becomes mandatory for all data required to comply with legal and/or contractual obligations. Failure to provide such data may result in the inability to establish or continue the relationship or to respond to requests.
Subject to the data subject’s consent, the data may also be used to send informational and promotional communications (e.g. newsletters).
The campsite is equipped with a video surveillance system, installed for security purposes, protection of company assets, and the safety of individuals within the premises.
A vehicle access control system is also in place, which involves the collection and recording of vehicle license plate numbers in order to:
allow and manage access to the campsite;
ensure the security of the premises;
monitor the entry and exit of authorized vehicles.
Data collected through these systems are processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, data minimization, and proportionality pursuant to Art. 5 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
Furthermore, please note that photographs and video recordings may be taken within the campsite for promotional purposes (website, social media, printed and digital advertising materials).
Where individuals are identifiable, prior written consent will be requested before publication.
4. Methods of Processing
Data are processed lawfully, fairly, and confidentially, in full compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, EU Regulation 679/2016, and Legislative Decree 101/2018, using both electronic and paper-based tools, and in any case by means suitable to ensure their security and confidentiality.
In accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and data minimization (Art. 5 GDPR), personal data will be retained for a maximum period of ten (10) years. With regard to video surveillance and access control systems, data (images and license plates) are processed electronically and stored for a limited period, in compliance with the storage limitation principle. In particular:
- recorded images are retained for no longer than 48 hours, unless further retention is required by judicial authorities or for the investigation of unlawful acts;
- license plate data are processed for the time strictly necessary to manage access and, in any case, in line with the duration of the stay or contractual relationship.
Access to data is restricted exclusively to authorized and properly trained personnel and is protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure security and confidentiality.
5. Data Disclosure
We inform you that the collected data will never be publicly disclosed and will not be communicated without your explicit consent.
However, data may be shared, in addition to internal staff, with external parties such as affiliated or subsidiary companies, or entities performing services on behalf of the Company (e.g. tax compliance, sales network, shipping services, archiving, IT services, consultancy, transport, marketing and communication services, etc.), as well as with parties required or authorized by law.
5.1 Use for Informational Purposes
Your data may be used by Camping Bergamini Srl and its affiliated companies for informational purposes related to our activities and offers, via email or direct contact.
You may object to such use at any time, pursuant to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Art. 15 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
